Fashion for Small Feet

I was poking around today just trying to find a new pair of shoe fr myself when I found this at sexyshoesexpert.com. Resource I mean real source that have High Heel Shoes for ladies with feet as small as size 3. The selection is not huge but the shoes are very stylish. So here is the post I found. Please feel free to check out the shoe sites listed.

The Sexy Shoes Expert inbox has been buzzing with emails lately. Thank you everyone for the wonderful feedback and comments. Here is a question from Sandy in St. Paul, she writes “I enjoy your website and come back a couple times a week to read your newest articles. Since you are the expert I have a question for you. I have very small feet, size 3, and I have a hard time finding high heels in my size. Any suggestions?”

First of all, thank you Sandy for your great question and allowing me to make it public.

A lot of small stature ladies find themselves in this kind of dilemma.

You finally find the perfect pair of high heels and the shoe company doesn’t produce the pair of shoes in your size.

Shoes for small feet

There are several things you can do if the shoes have closed toes and are only one to two sizes too large. One quick remedy is to stuff tissue paper in the front of the shoe to fill out the extra space. You could also wear a pair of no-show socks or Flats to Go, this will help fill in the extra space of the whole shoe. There is really not much you can do when it comes to sandals, other open toed shoes and shoes that are two or more sizes larger than your feet. If you wear shoes and boots that are way too big, you will end up wobbling around like a drunken sailor due to a lack of support. Now that is neither sexy nor fashionable.

Here are some websites I found that have a good selection of dainty sized women’s shoes at a reasonable price:
Cinderella of Boston– High heeled shoes, sandals and boots in sizes 2 – 5 ½ (1 – 3 ½ UK, 31 ½ – 35 Euro).
Dainty Feet.com – company is based in England and exclusively stocks women’s shoes sizes 3 – 5 (1 – 3 UK, 32.5 – 34 Euro).
Pretty Small Shoes – Petite shoes in small shoe sizes 2 – 5 (13 – 3 UK, 32 – 35 Euro), also based in England.

Petite sexy shoes

If you are willing to spend the extra money, here is a great custom made shoes website:
Shoes of Prey – hand made beautiful small shoes for women with small feet, designed by you. Starting at size 2 ½ (12 ½ UK child, 31 Euro, 20 Japan).

Keep in mind, if you are a size 2 you can’t possibly wear a high heel, anything over 3 ½”. There just isn’t enough foot to walk on. Most of us are not professional ballerinas, and walking on the tip of your toes is very difficult and painful.

Grammy birthday party shopping

I was invited to a Grammy birthday. The theme was to dress as your favorite musician. I decide to dress as Slash. So, had to go shopping after all I needed a new pair of Chuck Taylor All-Stars for the occasion. So here is what I found along the way.

I found these at Ardene for under $30 in Surrey, BC Canada. They would have done the job for what I was looking for but the size ranges ran a little small. So, I continued my search for the shoes. I will that Ardene has a great collection of accessories and I did buy a great scarf for $3

These are the real thing found at Spring Shoes in Metrotown, Burnaby, BC I wish could show you all the styles they had and I did purchase a black pair for $54. I found lots of other shoes and great style of  which these are a two.

Next stop because I was on a shoe roll. I went to Forever 21 for some sock. You have to find deal where you and at a $3 for 6 pair of colorful socks to cover our precious toes why not. Here are the shoes I found there.

Cape Clogs

This clog company has come alive and for good reason. These are the most coforatable shoes I own. I wear them all the time. Oprah and Brooke shields have join the group with there clogs. They also have given Cape Clog the thumps up. Cape Clog has great designs to go with any personality. The best thin about this company is how the give back to the world with donations to Breast Cancer and Autism. The owner Pamela believe in helping this world to become a better place. I love Cape Clogs for the comfort and charitable acts.
Below is a picture of the clogs I wear and a link to my store Michael’s Clogs where we have import Cape Clogs into Canada.

How to keep our feet healthy

Years of wear and tear can be hard on our feet. Shoes that don’t fit right can cause corns, calluses, and spurs. These growths on our feet are painful and make it difficult to walk. Toenails that are not trimmed right can also cause pain. If we don’t keep our feet clean and dry, we can get “athlete’s foot,” an infection that causes blisters and itching.

Also, did you know your feet are the first to tell you that you have a serious medical condition like diabetes, arthritis, and poor blood circulation?

How to keep our feet healthy

1. Keep your feet clean and dry by: washing your feet everyday.

2. Trim your toe nails each week or when needed.

3. Keep your blood circulating by:

· Putting your feet up when sitting.

· Stretching if you sit for a long time.

· Massaging your feet gently.

· Taking a warm footbath.

4. Keep the skin soft and smooth.

5. Be more active.

Size Chart for ordering shoes online

Stand on a piece of paper and have a friend trace your foot

Measure the lenght of your foot

Do both feet because most people have one foot that is bigger than the other.

It is best to try this after you have been awake and completed yur daily routine. Your feet swell during the day.

This is in centimeters. If you measure in inches you want to multiply by 2.54.

Order your shoes know that you should get a great fit.
